This post is probably more worthy of twitter than here, but fuck it. Sometimes rants needs more then 140 characters.

If you ask for feedback and don’t like what you hear please feel free NOT to get pissed off at me and provide me with a bunch of bullshit excuses. You asked and I told you what I thought. In fact I provided you with better customer service then you provided me because my service was delivered in a timely and prompt fashion. Just take it on the chin mate (remember you asked) and either do something constructive with the feedback or ignore it as the ravings of a nutter. Personally, I don’t give a shit. I’m not coming back.

Same goes for authors. I’m getting tired of seeing writers asking for honest feedback and then cracking the sads when it doesn’t meet their own highly inflated opinion of their art. And no Mr Writer, it’s not me that’s the problem.

All I’m saying is stop asking if you’re not prepared to listen.
